Why we need you

The Student Hotel sales team is on a mission to put The Student Hotel on the map within Europe in the unique TSH style. As a Senior Sales Manager and Connector, you will focus your work on putting TSH on the German map. With your network in several industries you will negotiate and close partnerships with local corporate and leisure accounts. You will do this by your own creative sales strategies, creating community events for our guests and ambassadors, being part of internal and external networks, creating a calendar with recurring events for our guests, neighbours and so on. In short, a challenging position for a creative sales person!


These are your responsibilities:

  • Create a local sales strategy, budgets and action plans;
  • Establish and maintain fruitful relationships with current partners and accounts
  • Acquisition on local new corporate & meetings & events prospects and leads
  • Organize and attend diverse events and workshops for different segments
  • Establish regular reporting on results and actions to the Director of Sales Northern Europe
  • Monthly forecast meeting with the General Manager and Revenue manager for our hotel in Berlin.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of work experience in a sales manager or account manager role with experience in corporate sales and MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conference & Events)
  • An existing network of corporate clients for the hospitality industry of Berlin
  • An Outgoing and confident presence; you can host workshops, give presentations and more
  • Fluent English and German skills (written and spoken), other European languages are a bonus.
