You are the champion developer of our mobile and digital eco-system and guest experience.

Delivering the mobile and digital platforms for our Complete Connected Community, your decisions and actions will determine the rich, immersive engagement that will deliver inspiring ways for all our guests, team members and community to interact.

As a passionate expert in the digital world you will partner with other brilliant technologists and digital thinkers. With their input you'll deliver a digital and web eco-system to activate our hybrid co-living, co-working and collaborating spaces.

You're responsible for defining and coordinating complex, innovative, architecture, platforms and functionality delivering mobile and digital experiences to activate our vision of the Complete Connected Community.

As a subject matter expert you establish and deliver a road map of innovative mobile and digital architecture and partner with DevOps to create digital experiences that deliver strategic advantages that makes our TSH experience amazing.


Your responsibilities on paper:

  • Primary contact for all Mobile App architecture, platforms and functionality. Design, delivery, operational support of all mobile app platforms

  • Maintain all mobile platforms and Apps and implement any necessary additions or enhancements

  • Analyze customer insights, data, vendor capabilities, competitive analysis to identify opportunities to

    enrich Mobile App experience

  • Review designs created by brand and customer experience designers based on defined enhancement

    opportunities in the form of epics and stories

  • Develop business cases based on quantitative data (clickstream, transactional) and qualitative

    (usability studies and customer feedback) to support the platform evolution

  • Create prototypes, mockups, and staging environments for review and feedback

  • Enable and ensure consistent, on-time delivery of scheduled app releases across iOS and Android with

    the proper balance of speed, features, timing, and integration with other functions

  • Manage relationships with vendors and other external partners in the delivery of native mobile and

    marketing and customer loyalty systems.

  • Lead interaction and motivation of front-end and back-end developers to deliver continuous

    improvement in mobile platform and App's

  • Continuously prioritize future app features, delivering the highest value features first and making

    calculated trade-offs on requested features sets

Requirements

Who are you?

You're a digital native, totally immersed in digital integrated lifestyles. A natural developer, balancing intellect with EQ to build and work in a team of brilliant people from a broad spectrum of cultures, beliefs and outlook.

Next to this know how to challenge convention and are always positive. In our somewhat hectic hyper growth phase you maintain incredibly organized. And last but not least: you're a big fan of fun! 


You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Masters Preferred in business, marketing, digital or IT specialisms

  • 5+ years delivering complex mobile platforms for consumers on a multinational scale

  • 5+ years of experience working alongside marketing, sales & mobile technology vendors to develop ground-breaking digital experience and solutions

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with other European languages a significant benefit 

  • A Dutch work permit

You bring:

  • Proven background with mobile app architecture and digital marketing technologies

  • Expert knowledge of mobile app development and project management processes

  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle & methodologies

  • Expert level knowledge and application of mobile app development, functionality and integration

  • Extensive knowledge in coding, creative, graphic and UX design to consistently improve functionality

    and user-friendliness of digital and mobile platforms

  • Previous experience with understanding performance marketing and mobile commerce

  • Results and measurement driven

  • Working knowledge of AGILE, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Tableau and Adobe Analytics
