Why do we need you?

We’re on a mission to become the world's largest community for co-living and co-working. With 9 hotels built, 8 under construction, and 41 to be opened by 2021 we are no ordinary hotel — that’s why we’re looking for a kick-ass Senior Corporate Recruiter to run recruitment for our headquarters in Amsterdam.

You’ll join a newly formed team at HQ and will report to the Head of HR. Together with this team you’ll be making sure we’re growing in the right way. You’ll be leading all aspects of recruitment and together with your team act as a trusted partner to the hiring managers. Through proactive sourcing, branding, analytics, screening and candidate qualification you’ll recruit the best talent out there to join TSH!


How will you make it happen? 

You’ll be:

  • Partnering directly with the department heads to build and scale their teams; 
  • Acting as a talent advisor – providing outstanding guidance to hiring teams to shape their needs, matching them to those of TSH and the external talent;
  • Owning full-cycle recruitment for all priority roles within HQ (post/search, review, screen, short-list, schedule interviews, debrief, offer/rejection, reference check); 
  • Facilitating the recruitment process for potential other roles;
  • Using data to create, measure and scale smart recruiting strategies; 
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management;
  • Continuously working on ways to improve our processes while finding innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of our assessment process; 
  • A true TSH ambassador and promote our employer brand;
  • Attending relevant (networking) events, engaging on social media, enhancing employer branding in all locations; 
  • Providing a world-class hiring experience.


You’ve got:

  • 5+ years high volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment within the technology, service or hospitality sectors; 
  • Experience with both high volume recruitment as well as specialist searches;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; you’ve demonstrated the ability to partner with key stakeholders in execution of recruiting initiatives, partners and influences management team, is self-confident and capable in building proactive and meaningful relationships; 
  • Expert negotiation skills and the ability to (pre-)close on deals;
  • A strong track record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a recruiter; 
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, capable of adapting and responding to change and able to multitask;
  • A thoughtful mindset; you think strategically but stay on top of tactical execution – anticipating roadblocks and proactively creating solutions to ensure success.
