eröffnen.

Biggest challenge and WHY do we need you?
The Student Hotel sales team is on a mission to put The Student Hotel on the map within
Europe in the unique TSH style. As the Sales Leader for our new to open TSH Vienna, you will
focus on closing partnerships for this new hotel. 


With your network in several industries you will negotiate and close partnerships with education partners, from Study Abroad to public Uni's, local corporate organizations, BTA’s, leisure and group accounts.

You will work closely with our - Berlin based - Country Sales Manager and our Support Team of
revenue management, marketing and reservations at TSH Headquarters, based in Amsterdam.


What will you be doing to make that happen?

Responsibilities:  

  • Preparation and realization of the semester and Study Abroad strategy, annual planning and budget. 
  • Create local sales and in-house sales strategy on all other sub segments, budgets and action plans. 
  • Draft and implement University and Student Abroad proposals and contracts, with national and international accounts. 
  • Draft and implement Corporate and Leisure proposals and contracts, with national and international accounts. 
  • Negotiate, close and sign deals and lead the contracting and tendering process and lead the development and delivery of proposals
  • Commit acquisition on all leads in education, corporate and leisure segment.  Give input regarding annual budgets. 
  • Monitoring and determining the perfect balance for semester rooms in the several locations.
  • Process all your leads and clients in Salesforce.  Make a bi-weekly report with all results and actions.

Requirements

Who are you?
You are result driven and you experience completing the allocation as a sport, this with the
best possible revenue.

Besides this you are a pro-active and tactical thinking manager who knows the High
Education market, travel and corporate market of these cities by heart. You need to have
experience in sales, a commercial sense and a background in hospitality and/or higher
education industry.


Creating new partnerships is what you are best in! You have a relevant network and you
already have gained many commercial successes. You are able to set and coach possible
team members in the future.


Background:

  •  At least 5 years of work experience as Account or Sales Manager with good knowledge of the market/hospitality industry within your area. 
  • Graduate or Master in Hotel, Tourism or Economic study’s 
  • Record of achieving results in Education/Hospitality/Travel sector 
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in at least German and English

  • Outgoing and confident presence, knows what strategy he/she wants to follow considering his/her responsibility.

  • Is stress resistant, knows how to deal with high peaks in work flow.

  • Contemporary spirit, curious and thinks even further than outside the box.
