Food sets the stage, drinks create the mood. The only addition we need is a friendly member of the TSH community!
Why you’ll love working here
We live in a world where everything is changing – from the way we travel to how we study, live and work. But one thing remains constant: our need to connect. We believe in creating a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can live, work, play and grow. How do we achieve it? Through our exceptional international team of lively, smart and motivated people that embrace the student spirit and bring it to life every day.
We have big plans. By 2023, we aim to have 65 locations across Europe. That’s 26,000 rooms and almost one million square metres of shared spaces. Beyond bricks and mortar, our new TSHLife app and digital platform is also ready to connect nearly a million current and former co-living and co-working guests.
We are The Commons
The Commons is the hub of TSH and our link to the neighbourhood, where all student spirits are invited to connect, share and discover over great food and drink.
It’s where memories are made at dinner and new friendships crafted over coffee and cocktails; where heart-to-hearts happen, and unexpected moments emerge.
It’s where we discover things in common. In 2019, we’re in a phase of hyper growth. After opening 12 operational hotels in our scale-up phase, we’re evolving into an industry-leading company – redefining the concept of a hotel as the world knows it.
Biggest challenge and WHY do we need you?
You are the one who sets the standard for our restaurant – and you aim high. As Restaurant Manager, you have a helicopter view of what goes on in the restaurant, even if you aren’t physically on location. Your first and foremost responsibility is to the manage the Assistant Manager by providing the necessary support (emotional and operational) to ensure a memorable and enjoyable overall guest experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You’re dedicated to maintaining high quality service and products, you have a keen eye for monitoring labour costs and seeking out efficiency improvement and, above all, you are a people person, a natural leader who takes enormous pride in recruiting, training and developing a top-tier staff.
What will you be doing to make that happen?
Important note: To be a part of our community a work permit is required
What do we offer you?
We want everyone to feel welcome and respected, and we go the extra mile to create a complete connected community. Our teams are diverse, representing more than one nationality, gender, religion, age, culture and personality. That’s what makes our team so special.
