Your mission: Take the operational lead in an international team of Group Reservation Experts

You will work in an enthusiastic team of reservation experts in an international and vibrant environment. The reservations team of the Student hotel is a centralized department serving all guest of TSH with a clear focus on student guests, groups & corporate guests. You are one of the operational leaders in the team the connection between the group agents and the Revenue Management, Operations & Sales departments. 

What will you be doing to make that happen?


Energize your team:

  • Create a fun and professional place to work
  • Develop and train the reservation agents
  • Lead by example: leading the team forward with buzzing energy & solid decision making

Be the pro-active team lead:

  • Support the Head of Reservations with the roll out of strategy for the department
  • Translate strategy in to short term goals and ensure implementation
  • Ensure operational  goals are clear and targets are reached
  • Be responsible for the Group Reservations team performance (revenue, conversion, efficiency, contact quality)
  • Lead the daily operations of Group reservations department
  • Review and improve work processes

Projects & other fun stuff:

  • Give pro-active input on allocation, rate & distribution strategies to optimize revenue for groups
  • Set up work processes for new hotel openings and streamline the group reservations process throughout TSH

Must haves:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a reservations position
  • Experience with property management systems
  • Fluent English & Dutch 
  • Strong communication skills

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in a cluster environment
  • Experience in an international environment
  • An extra language(s) skill is a big plus
