Why do we need you?

As we are growing rapidly we need a proactive Sales Manager with background and knowledge on the hotel industry to contribute to our commercial success and growth in The Netherlands.

 

What will you be doing to make that happen?

•      Contribute to the local sales strategy, budget and action plan for two hotels in Rotterdam and The Hague

•      Establish and maintain fruitful relationships with current partners and accounts

•      Acquisition on local new corporate & meetings & events leads

•      Organize and attend diverse events and workshops for different segments

•      Establish regular reporting on results and actions to the Regional Director of Sales Netherlands

  • Monthly forecast meeting with the General Manager and Revenue manager 

Requirements

Who are you? 

Giving up does not exist in your vocabulary. You keep you head cool and stay on top of your game in demanding and stressful situations. Getting your story straight, aiming for a win and able to make a clear sketch on a client’s desires and wishes are your second nature.

 

Your background

  • Graduate or Master in Hotel, Tourism or Economic study’s (or similar)
  • 2 or more years of work experience in a sales executive or sales manager role with experience in corporate sales and MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conference & Events)
  • A network in hospitality industry
  • An Outgoing and confident presence; you can host workshops, give presentations etc
  • Fluent English and Dutch skills (written and spoken), other European languages are a bonus
  • A car drivers license
