Why we need you

The regional connector program manager is expected to manage a brand-new team of events, community and partnership managers (connectors) in Southern Europe. With our event calendars and ongoing programmes, you will position TSH as the true local hotspot for each city and attract a local network of influencers and change-makers into our community.

You are the driver of our digital and offline community platforms that inspire, give opportunities and enable our community to connect. Together with the team, you give our buildings a purpose and create stories and adventures with and for, all of our guests.

Can you create a European team that creates truly engaging guest experiences for our international community? Do you know what it takes to hire, train and motivate them to build a complete connected community by inspiring, fun, mind blowing & long-lasting content? We’re looking for a unique candidate who can manage and build the connector program in the southern Europe.

You play a key role in the positioning of The Student Hotel and the TSH connector program by setting up various experience programmes and partnerships.

 

What you’ll be doing to make it happen

  • Responsible for the recruitment process of new employees and on-boarding of connectors in the southern Europe region
  • Assist with supplying ongoing training program for the connectors
  • Manage, support and advise the connectors to achieve their goals
  • Curate and protect the quality of all events, partnerships and activations
  • Identify key (city/ region/ national) events that support brand experience and revenue increase in southern Europe
  • Strategize the position of The Student Hotel brand in southern European markets
  • Create and implement templates, SOPs and tools to optimise efficiency and tracking the success of the connector program
  • Track and report results of all connectors in southern Europe on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for an annual amount of revenue generated by the connector program in your region
  • Host one-on-ones, bi-monthly calls and meetings
  • Monthly reporting to the head of the connector program

  • Flexible and available to travel to our other locations for days or weeks at a time and work flexible hours if requested
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), other languages are a plus
  • Living or willing to move to Barcelona where our Southern Europe HQ is located
