Regional Account Manager Co-working Delft, Rotterdam & The Hague

We are looking for a talented, sparkling outgoing personality to manage and partly open our new coworking space, TSH Collab, as part of The Student Hotel Rotterdam, The Hague and Delft.
Our venues are the place to be for entrepreneurs, freelancers and innovative companies/startups in Delft, The Hague and Rotterdam. In this amazing environment (which you are partly going to create) all members can work, collaborate and also play together.
In this role you will be closely involved in the exciting opening of a new workspace in Delft and will be responsible to commercially drive the locations in Rotterdam, The Hague and Delft. You report to the Regional Collab Manager for commercial effort and are in close collaboration with the Hotel management per property and the Connectors (Event and partnership managers).
Why we need you
The role is mainly to focus on the occupancy of the different spaces. This includes sales performance, contract management, event and partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, TSH students and guests – we call it our “Complete Connected Community”;
60% Inbound lead management, 40% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc);
Ensure highest level of member experience, satisfaction;
Maintain sales performance by achieving targets and managing the churn;
Full financial responsibility on costs and revenue, together with the general managers and TSH Collab;
Create a collaborative environment amongst our members and companies through events, community activities, partnerships and personal introductions (in collaboration with our TSH Connectors);
Engagement in the entrepreneurship and start-up community in town by attending events and networking with local entrepreneurial organizations; you are the Collab ambassador and will have to represent us in the different cities;
Managing all commercial and operational KPI’s;
Create weekly and monthly reports for management on KPI’s, Financials, Commercial goals and strategic direction of Collab Delft, The Hague and Rotterdam.
Who are you?
You are a curious personality, super organised and bursting with an entrepreneurial spirit and moreover, you are excited to build a co-working community and help it grow.
An excellent standard of spoken and written English (fluency in Dutch is a big plus)
Strong local network in the entrepreneur and start-up community
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a co-working / shared office space environment
Experience in commercial sales and business development
Deep understanding of what it takes to create a community driven hospitality environment
Experience with management of P&L and commercial KPI’s
Customer service experience
Detail orientation and organization skills
Eligible to work in the Netherlands
