Why we need you


We need a guardian angel for planning, order, progression and administration. We're looking for a project manager to make decisions and take action – ensuring the delivery and evolution of a robust, stable and integrated Technology Stack. This will enable deployment of rich, immersive digital and technology experiences that deliver inspiring ways for all our guests, team members and community to interact.

As the project manager for technology programmes, you will partner with brilliant technologists and system administrators to formulate a vision and deliver a Technology Stack to activate our hybrid co-living, co-working, collaborating spaces, building up to over 65 locations across Europe.

We need someone who is responsible for daily management of strategic projects and workstack activity that contributes to the building of our vision of the complete connected community, balance pragmatic business decisions while considering integration of technology and an eye toward how the world will be in 2022!


You will coordinate internal resources and external vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget to create experiences that deliver strategic advantages that makes our TSH experience inspiring and unforgettable. 


What you’ll be doing to make it happen


  • Manage key strategic projects including property management systems, payment platforms, points of sale, and hospitality systems
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan methodology to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs 
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management project progress and deliverables as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/ vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Co-ordinate all internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the delivery of assigned projects
  • Report and escalate to management project progress and deliverables as needed
  • Support project sponsors and project owners to progress projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital or IT specialisms
  • Relevant qualifications in project and program management
  • Over five years of experience in delivery of complex technology projects in hospitality, travel or retail
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and other European languages a significant benefit
  • Excellent partner facing written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

What you bring to the table


  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies
  • Previous experience with developing technology based projects
  • Experience in leading projects and versed in project management best practices
  • High levels of working knowledge of AGILE, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Tableau and Adobe Analytics
