We are re-defining the residential and hospitality industries by developing and operating a unique hybrid hospitality concept. Six years after opening our first TSH in 2012, we have seen students, professionals, start-ups and hotel guests connect, network and stay in our high-profile design hotels across Europe – contributing to what we call our Complete Connected Community.

To realize our ambitious vision, we rely on a smart, hardworking team – full of entrepreneurial spirit – that is always looking to push the limits and improve our business model. Led by founder Charlie MacGregor, we have opted for a capital-intensive, fully-integrated business model, which means that we invest in (acquire) the underlying real estate which we then (re)develop and operate long term under the TSH brand.
This integrated approach allows us to have full control of our product, making the best decisions for our guests and brand, while also maximizing shareholder value. It also allows us to acquire large, emblematic buildings in high-profile locations – the average TSH comprises 400 rooms and spans 15,000 sqm. In every major European city in which we operate, we become a long-term regeneration catalyst.
We have proven that we can grow and scale our business. In 2012, with 30 employees, we were running three hotels with 1,500 rooms in the Netherlands. Today, we own and operate a pan-European network of 25 hotels in seven European countries, of which 13 are already up and running. In the meantime, we have grown our team to 500 highly-skilled TSH believers and have a team of more than 50 different nationalities. The positive feedback from our customers, combined with our current track record, is what keeps us going in our quest to redefine the hospitality world.
Why we need you
As Executive Assistant to the TSH Management Team, you will support our Managing Director, CEO, and Management Team who form the Leadership Team within TSH.
The role does not involve any agenda or travel management for the Leadership Team. These tasks are carried out by the dedicated Management Assistants.
