Why we need you

Our brand new and shiny headquarters in the hipster trendy spot Amsterdam Noord will host around 300 TSH employees. Besides our own teams we will also meet and greet all walks of TSH ambassadors in the HQ.

We are looking for a Chef, who is passionate about cooking, that will be responsible for the day to day operation of the office kitchen with a small team. We're looking for a natural leader with great personality and outstanding communication skills. The main aim is to make good, unfussy food. Our head chef needs to be highly organised and have excellent overall kitchen management skills.

How do you contribute to this? How does a day at TSH looks like?

  • Overall responsibility for leading small kitchen team operations daily. Hands on approach always striving to improve and learn, you lead by example to inspire and motivate the team;
  • Monitor and driver of all financial aspects of the kitchen in line with company policies;
  • Ensuring compliance with all government regulations regarding health, hygiene and safety is maintained in the kitchen at all times – this includes operating with current allergen rules and reporting any issues with equipment maintenance;
  • Responsibility for maintaining and building relationships with food suppliers in line with company policies, record any product related issues and report directly to our group executive chef and our regional chef.



  • Fluent in English (Dutch would be advantage)
  • Food safety level 3 (or an equivalent)
  • A passion for local cuisines
  • A can do and professional attitude
  • Wants to work during the day; daytime shifts only!
