The Student Hotel is looking for a new Junior Management Assistant for two members of the executive board with a few years of experience as a professional assistant who’s motivated to make the difference in our fast-paced organization.

Why do we need you? 

You’re a hands-on, autonomous, fun and hard-working person and will join as our teams ‘super glue’. You'll be assisting two executive board members and the executive assistant of the CEOwith administrative, organizing and facilitating tasks to support their work. 

What will you be doing to make that happen? 

  • Complex agenda management: responsible for planning and organizing everything that has to do with calendars — including appointments, business trips, travel coordination and supporting the executive assistant 

  • First point of contact for (future) external relationships, prioritizing and filing all incoming communication via direct mail, phone and email 

  • Acting as the connection at HQ between various departments, management and other stakeholders

  • Chase, follow-up, administer and store (sensitive) documents, contracts and files 

  • Aligning with the other Management Assistants on company-wide agenda requests and business trips

  • Tackle any problem that comes your way with a can-do attitude


Who are you?

Your background:

  • Good command of English and Dutch
  • Able to multitask and handle pressure
  • A great assistant and natural talent for supporting people in their wokr
  • An expert in finding and booking good travel
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook for Businesses (especially calendar features)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar management / departmental support role or other relevant position
  • Background in the hotel industry would be great, but having an interest is key
