Why we need you

We are looking for a strategic, passionate, innovative and hands-on talent leader to join our dynamic, fun and growing team. You will embark an incredible journey where you have an opportunity to develop, own, and drive TSH’s talent acquisition strategy and initiatives for 13 operational properties across Europe and 12 which are still in the works (and many more still to come) as well as our corporate roles.

By building and driving TSH’s employer brand, you will ensure TSH continues to attract and hire the best talent the industry has to offer! You will also be a key player in creating an amazing experience for our employees and candidates.

You will organize, manage, and drive the productivity of our growing talent acquisition team, and support the individual success of each member. You will coordinate closely with the different disciplines within People and Culture as well as the individual business leaders, to review headcount targets. You will also actively take ownership to fill key positions.

The right candidate will be someone who’s proven they can build for scale, advise and influence, and be an effective change agent. You are tasked with deep knowledge in the latest talent acquisition trends in order to effectively support the organization’s growth and to build a sustainable and scalable organization. This role requires equal parts critical thinking and practical application, and collaboration with teams at all levels.

What you’ll be doing to make it happen

  • You will design, build and lead the Talent Acquisition function capable of delivering thousands of hires over the next years.
  • You will define strategy and implement processes to achieve a hiring plan that emphasizes quality and speed of hires and strong client management culture.
  • You will lead by example, inspire, and develop your team to deliver results and scale/grow their skills and impact.
  • You will utilize data to make our people process smarter and more efficient.
  • You will prepare and review our annual recruitment budget and anticipate on hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  • You will implement an annual event calendar for various employer branding activities - including aligning with internal stakeholders.
  • You will leverage industry insights and best practices to grow a diverse pipeline of talent and recommending innovative ideas to grow a more diverse organization.
  • You will review and manage the performance and collaboration with our external partners with schools, job boards and recruitment software vendors.



  • 10+ years in experience within recruitment/talent acquisition;
  • 3+ years experience from a scale up business;
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written;
  • Demonstrated innovation and creative thinking in developing recruiting strategies and programs to identify and attract in highly competitive markets;
  • Experience of managing geographically dispersed and multi-country recruitment teams processes;
  • Awareness of different country cultures and local recruitment landscapes/ sourcing channels;
  • A deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to our industry to drive performance and build an inclusive, exceptional and differentiated hiring experience
