Why do we need you? 

You’re the one who defines what our Berlin restaurant will become — and you aim high.
As our F&B Manager you are in control of what goes on in the restaurant, bar and meeting & events - even if you aren’t present on location.

Your primary responsibility is to make sure that the day to day running of the restaurant is in line with our and our guests’ expectations. You will have a management team who will be under your guidance to create a great guest experience and an awesome place to work for all our team members. That being said, this is definitely a hands-on job! So no hiding in back-office, you're our true restaurant on-the-floor leader!

You’re dedicated to maintaining high quality service and products, you have a keen eye for monitoring labour costs and seeking out efficiency improvement and, above all, you’re a true people person — a natural leader who takes pride in recruiting, training and developing a top-tier staff. 

As the restaurant is open evenings and weekends (24h!) the hours of work are to the needs of the business.

How will you contribute to this? 

  • Ensuring all resources are available to staff to enable them to perform their tasks in a proper and timely manner;
  • Taking part in the service — informing guests of the menu, assisting with their drink and dinner choices, taking orders, communicating with the kitchen, preparing drinks and simple snacks and serving of dishes;
  • Monitoring accurate execution of HACCP guidelines, fire safety policy and working conditions;
  • Setting up yearly restaurant plan and corresponding budget;
  • Monitoring costs of suppliers while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and make sure we are coming in on our budget figures;
  • Responsible for recruitment of talent; 
  • Responsible for the proper onboarding of temporary and permanent team members;
  • Arranging for training and development opportunities for all team members - including review and approval or denial of leave requests;
  • Responsible for proper performance management of all restaurant staff - including goal setting, mid-year & year-end review conversations;
  • Leading the meetings & events area / team
  • Driving new guests in the restaurant
  • Responsible for the approval of scheduling of all team members BOH and FOH according to need to the business and team members, in line with our budget figures and sales.

Who you are

You're the Berlin F&B HERO who is constantly challenging the status quo..

You take (and get) the ownership of the full restaurant (operations, marketing, innovation) supported by our awesome TSH HQ and in collaboration with the Berlin General Manager. 

Exciting, isn't it?!


  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a managerial role at a similar level restaurant;
  • HACCP certified;
  • Strong knowledge of wine and food according to market standards;
  • A proven structured approach to F&B management
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant, bar and banqueting service standards.
  • Fluent in German who speaks English fluently
  • Preferably worked a minimum of 3 years in Germany in the F&B sector.
