You are the guardian of digital guest experience. Delivering the platform for our Complete Connected
Community. In the digital world. And in the real world.
Your decisions and actions will determine the rich, immersive experiences that deliver inspiring ways for all our guests, team members and community to interact. As a leader in the Digital Team you will partner with other brilliant technologists and digital thinkers to formulate a vision and deliver a digital eco-system to activate our hybrid co-living, co-working, collaborating spaces.
Responsible for delivering a strategy to activate our vision of the Complete Connected Community, you will be
a futurologist who has an amazing brain to balance pragmatic business decisions while considering integration
of technology and an eye toward how the world will be on New Year’s Eve 2021!
You will build a new web architecture, a portfolio of mobile applications, activate global social platforms,
integrate mobile technology, develop data management, and partner with DevOps to create digital
experiences that deliver strategic advantages that makes our TSH experience amazing.
We are building our world-first hypersonic rocketship while already flying it at supersonic speed.

These are your responsibilities:
The Business leader and primary contact for all for all digital systems and marketing platforms.
Design, delivery, operational support of all web platforms and all native mobile platforms through
defined enhancement opportunities using Agile methodology in the form of epics and stories
Analyse customer insights, data, vendor capabilities, and competitive analysis to identify
opportunity’s to enrich all digital systems and marketing platforms
Own selection and delivery of all digital experience platforms such as: CMS, CRM, DAM, Marketing
Databases, Campaign Management and Social Media management
Lead in the selection of technology vendors including choice of platforms, definition of processes,
negotiation of contracts and delivery of solutions
Manage relationships with vendors and external partners in the delivery of web, native mobile and
social media platforms, sales, marketing and customer loyalty systems.
Strong experience with financial initiatives, manage large budgets and be responsible for all spend
associated with projects.
Lead uplift in company-wide Digital Quotient, to ensure every team member has deeper
understanding of digital capabilities
Inspire your people and the broader TSH team through mentorship and education to drive overall

a Bachelor’s degree / Masters Preferred in business, marketing, digital or IT specialisms
10+ years of delivering ecommerce, marketing, sales, and mobile technology on a multinational scale
10+ years of experience working alongside marketing, sales & mobile technology vendors to develop
ground-breaking digital experience and solutions
Fluent English (written and spoken) with other European languages a significant benefit
And you are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
Deep knowledge of Web based platform architecture, development & evolution
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle & methodologies
Expert level knowledge in creating environments to trigger human/digital interaction
Previous experience with developing marketing reward & loyalty platforms
Success leading large projects and well versed in multiple project management best practices
Working knowledge of AGILE, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Tableau and Adobe Analytics
