In the upcoming years we are opening more hotels in the biggest student cities across Europe. We plan to run 41 hotels in Europe by 2021. That’s another X to go. That’s why we’re looking for talented heroes who want to join us on our journey.


Biggest challenge and WHY do we need you?

Can you make The Student Hotel a favourite city hotspot for events, lectures, movie nights, exhibits and parties? We’re looking for someone that is the open door to something beautiful; a new friendship, a business collaboration or unforgettable experience. The Student hotel communities & partnerships intern works closely together with our Connector in order to give our building a purpose and create stories and adventures with and for, all of our guests. Can you make 1+1 = 3


About The Connector

The TSH Connector acts as the glue that holds together our co-living, co-working, co-dining communities. The TSH Connector is more than just the leader of our fun squad. A true connector turns our mishmash of (hotel) guests and co-working professionals into a cohesive community of both students and students-at-heart. The Connector opens the door for everyone who likes to join our community. He/she is the magnet that attracts the neighbourhood locals, start-up scene entrepreneurs, educational partners, tech geeks and many more to our spaces. A personality that personalizes our local property.


What will you be doing to make that happen?

  • Support the TSH Connector to build relations with partners to fill our calendar with on-trend/on-topic recurring events that appeal to a socially aware, trend-savvy local audience. Programming could include art, lifestyle, fashion, media, sustainability and health events as well as a good old-fashioned Friday drink with the in-crowd.
  • Managerial aspirations and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Organize events for our community from A to Z
  • Assist the marketing team with finding & creating on brand content
  • Build up various partnerships for the TSHLife
  • Attend & be the to-go person for all TSH events
  • Attend and be an essential part of local network events 
  • Create memorable guest experiences for all members of our community by physical- & digital content 
  • Run and/or assist in house event productions, we treat every event as it is a super bowl 
  • Engage our community physically (events) and digitally (social media, newsletters & mailings) 
  • Create targeted creative content for social media purposes 
  • Administrate results, the number tell the tale, up to you make it a good story 
  • Assist in spreading the love for our TSHLife App far and wide

The second round is a creative case that you have to complete. With this case we would like to challenge you and explore your way of thinking. There are no right or wrong answers, it is for us to get to know your personality better. It will also help you to try out some tasks of the position and see whether it is something for you.
