Community Assistant Collab Intern

Job description

Starting asap we are looking for a Collab intern to assist us for at least 10 months in our latest Collab Workspace, in The Student Hotel Vienna. Our mission is to create boundary-blurring spaces where students, travelers, mobile professionals, creative nomads and enterprising minds can connect and thrive in smart design co- living and co-working spaces. Following the launch of co-working space TSH COLLAB, The Student Hotel is now a Complete Connected Community. TSH Collab in The Student Hotel Vienna is open!

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing daily operations (answering phone and mail; check in and out members)
  • Front of House tasks;
  • Maintain TSH Collab look & feel;
  • Community Management: get to know your members, community events, drinks etc;
  • Daily administration: book daily charges, meeting room bookings;
  • (Bi) weeklies with the different departments;
  • Customer Satisfaction;
  • Support in setting up events in collaboration with Connector’s team;
  • Support in Social Media management;
  • Support in members’ communication (creating contents for Newsletter; hanging posters etc

  • Hospitality minded with an enthusiastic and open approach;
  • Good knowledge and control of English is required;
  • German native or at least B2 in German language;
  • Well-developed social and communicative skills, you are aware of international cultural differences and are able to act upon these flexible and hands on mentality;
  • You enjoy receiving and taking responsibility and you are capable of working independently;
  • Strong and friendly personality, able to handle busy (peak) periods;
  • Enjoy working in an ambitious, informal and international environment;
  • Accurate with a keen eye for detail;
  • Some hospitality background, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • You must be a registered student.

We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 900 gross per month (on a full-time basis)
