Why do we need you?

As a Junior Breakfast Chef you will own the breakfast at our restaurant, with passion and expertise, to coordinate a stream-lined and efficient cooking process, preparing, heating and finishing simple food items. You'll be expected to maintain healthy profit margin while using the best possible ingredients. As a chef, you know what your guests crave and you are completely committed to giving them a memorable breakfast experience.

 

How do you contribute to this? How does a day at TSH looks like?

  • Proper communication to staff of menu items, food timings and special (dietary) needs of guests;
  • Providing input to Restaurant Manager for yearly kitchen plan and corresponding budget;
  • Placing orders to make sure we maximise usage and costs.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins;
  • Controlling of incoming goods – such as supplies, ingredients and pre-fabricated foods;

  • Creating a fun and enjoyable environment for all chefs in the kitchen.
