The brand partnerships and relationships manager is expected to create a long-term focussed partnerships portfolio, specialised in different fields of expertise, exceeding the demands of the fast pace and everchanging hospitality industry. The future of this industry will be defined by a critical mass of young decision makers, considered as the biggest audience of our vibrant and growing international community. We need someone for this role who wants to be a part of a team that facilitates these future changemakers in their journey to discovering their purpose. The new member on our team must be eager to contribute to the further success of a pioneering and disruptive hotel concept that will change the way hospitality is perceived.
What will you be doing to make that happen?
The brand partnerships and relationships manager is tasked with building sustainable relationships with our partners and other strategic parties (The Student Hotel ambassadors and friends) and consequently, seeking for new growth opportunities. Via co-creation and collaboration, we create fun and inspiring customer experiences across Europe. The job involves finding those matching brands and merging them with the TSH products, services and our complete connected community. You develop new partnerships while maintaining our existing relationship portfolio and network daily.
To cater our partners, you’re responsible for developing the right strategic partner – packaging offers, negotiation contracts and all on-boarding. The role requires strategic thinking, networking, preferable experience in bigger size events and global partner and relationship management. With a direct report to the director of partnerships and community, you’ll operate within the partnership and community team within the company’s brand and innovation department.
