Ass. Collab Community Manager Intern

Job description

Starting asap we are looking for an intern to assist us for 3 to 6 months in our latest Collab Workspace, in The Student Hotel Maastricht. Our mission is to create boundary-blurring spaces where students, travelers, mobile professionals, creative nomads and enterprising minds can connect and thrive in smart design co- living and co-working spaces. Following the launch of co-working space TSH COLLAB, The Student Hotel is now a Complete Connected Community. TSH Collab in The Student Hotel Maastricht is open! 

Your responsiblities:

  • Managing daily operations;
  • Maintain TSH Collab look & feel;
  • Managing location team: Front of House & Intern;
  • Contract management: cancellations, renewals, expansions;
  • Check in and out members;
  • Community Management: get to know your members, community events, drinks etc;
  • Administration: invoicing members, managing costs;
  • (Bi) weeklies with the different departments;
  • Customer Satisfaction;
  • Handling issues;
  • Be present at (community)events;
  • Assist in finding local partners and ambassadors.

  • Hospitality minded with an enthusiastic and open approach;
  • Good knowledge and control of English is required;
  • Well-developed social and communicative skills, you are aware of international cultural differences and are able to act upon these flexible and hands on mentality;
  • You enjoy receiving and taking responsibility and you are capable of working independently;
  • Strong and friendly personality, able to handle busy (peak) periods;
  • Enjoy working in an ambitious, informal and international environment;
  • Accurate with a keen eye for detail;
  • Some hospitality background, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • You must be a registered student.
