Why do we need you?

As our HR Assistant you will be supporting our (to be opened) hotels and restaurants in the Netherlands and Germany! You’ll make sure that new hires receive a contract, are onboarded and enrolled correctly and receive their salary at the end of the month. In the meanwhile, you’re also responsible for the existing team members and the administrative changes. A very important job! 


What will you be doing to make that happen?

  • Acting as first point of contact for all operational HR related questions and requests;
  • Co-responsible for all HR administrative duties of our restaurants and hotels like preparing contracts, writing letters and updating personnel files;
  • Preparing payroll for the locations;
  • Support with absence and leave;
  • Signalling and improving HR procedures and policies;
  • Create monthly reports for hotel and restaurant managers.

You’re a true rockstar who knows how to reach our HR goals. You stay on top of your game in demanding situations and enjoy working closely with people with different backgrounds. You are a genuine people lover, good at talking and convincing but even better at listening. Most importantly, you enjoy having fun along the way.



  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field;
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in HR;
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law, and the Hospitality collective labor law (KHN);
  • Enjoy working in a growing international hospitality company;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken);
  • Legally allowed to work and live in The Netherlands.
