Biggest challenge and WHY do we need you?

As Accounts Receivable Employee you’ll be part of our Northern European finance team and will get the support of our AR assistant and intern to help manage the AR of TSH in Northern Europe. Your focus is to make sure all accounts receivable transactions are recorded correctly; any discrepancies are resolved and reconciliation of all AR Accounts and collection is managed on a timely basis.


What will you be doing to make that happen?

  • Ensure timely invoicing for meetings and events, house accounts and corporate customers in our hotels, restaurants and coworking entities for Northern Europe.
  • Respond to inquiries about invoicing and payments in a timely manner
  • Reinvoice IC accounts from our PMS System
  • Ensure that reminders are sent out timely and any disputes are acted upon
  • Verify and record movements on the deposit accounts
  • Be the main contact for the reservation and hotel teams for any account receivables related questions
  • Resolve any discrepancies between AR accounts in our financial system and PMS system
  • Ensure all AR accounts are reconciled with the GL accounts
  • Manage your AR team
  • Support the month end closing process
  • Support ad hoc requests
  • Participate in the finance team’s process improvement projects


Who are you?  

You’ve got a decent amount of experience in AR and are ready to take on the responsibility of AR at TSH. You have a passion for finance and would enjoy working in an international hospitality company.



  • Bachelor’s degree level, ideally in business or hospitality
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance, ideally in AR
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (fluent in English and preferably Dutch)
  • Understanding of balance sheet and P&L accounts
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to deal with deadlines
